Master the Art of BBQ: Join Our BBQ Cookery School and Become a Grill Master!!

Andrew, founder of Grill and Ember BBQ Cookery School and a primary school teacher, has loved cooking over fire since his early days in the Scouts, where campfire meals and simple grilling first hooked him on the flavours only fire can give. That interest grew as he started cooking on a Big Green Egg and an OFYR early on, both of which shaped his style and deepened his appreciation for live-fire cooking. Spotting a lack of BBQ cookery schools and drawing on his background in teaching, Andrew set up Grill and Ember as a relaxed, welcoming place where anyone - from first-timers to experienced pitmasters - can learn, experiment, and enjoy the shared experience of cooking over fire.
