The Golf & Grill Classic is the perfect experience for those who enjoy great golf and even better food. We’ll begin on Thursday morning at the renowned Ilkley Golf Club, where six guests will join us to form two fourballs for a relaxed and sociable round in stunning surroundings. After the day on the course, we’ll unwind with a BBQ evening at Grill & Ember, featuring an inviting menu of grilled favourites and local flavours.

On Friday, we’ll move into our hands-on BBQ class, designed to build essential grilling skills while exploring a bespoke menu crafted especially for the group. You’ll learn how to prepare and cook dishes that highlight the versatility of different BBQ setups—balancing classic techniques with creativity and flavour. This session is ideal for anyone looking to refine their grilling skills and enjoy a weekend that perfectly blends sport, food, and camaraderie.

You will cook on a Kamado (eg. Big Green Egg), South African Braai, Charlie Oven, OFYR, DeliVita Wood-Fired Oven & Pit Barrel.

Food & drink included. You will eat everything we make, and take home anything that is left! Please note that accomodation is not included.
